How to play multiple chars at same time?

Hi,

Currently I have this forum account with 3 accounts made so far(plan to make 5). Can I play all 3(or 5) at the same time?

Or do I need to make multiple forum accounts to be able to play multiple at the same time?

No you will just be able to login to up to 5 at once if your device can handle that many clients. You can also use multi devices but the 5 limit will still apply.
