It was fine before, but now it is muting people for nothing. I was muted for saying "fat chick" talking about someone from like 15 years ago. And no, fat chick wasn't an insult, it was a damn description, an accurate one.

After that mute expired, I was randomly muted for 10 minutes again, with nothing showing in my support tab as to why.

Other people are getting muted for nothing as well. We aren't saying  or something like that, which is what I thought the AI bot was for.
